Zach Lyons holds the pivotal role of Structural Framing Manager at Sustainment. With a hammer in hand for over 11 years, his expertise in complex framing is unmatched. His fervor for carpentry radiates in every project, underscoring a dedication that goes beyond the blueprint. When the work boots come off, Zach finds balance in rigorous workouts, avidly following UFC, and relishing moments with friends and family.

Garrett Dehaan, the esteemed Exterior Finish Manager at Sustainment, brings a rich 4-year experience to the forefront of the industry. Specializing in intricate exterior finish packages, his impeccable attention to detail sets him apart. Coupled with unmatched team-building prowess.Beyond the professional realm, Garrett cherishes hiking adventures with his loyal dog, Rudy. He also harbors a dream close to his heart: to one day become the proud owner of an antique wooden boat.

Taylor Vanson, the accomplished Lead Hand Carpenter at Sustainment, Taylor has carved out a niche for himself over a fruitful 5-year span in the industry. Dante Lococo serves as the Lead Hand Carpenter in Sustainment's specialized framing division. With a notable 3.5 years in the industry, Dante particularly shines in framing, a testament to his dedication and skill. His fearless approach to working at dizzying heights, combined with an impeccable work ethic, cements his position as an exemplary team member. Rooted in his rich Italian heritage, Dante is deeply devoted to family. Away from the workbench, he revels in the ethos of slow living, forever drawn to the allure of the great outdoors.

Mike Cardwell, a dedicated carpenter at Sustainment Construction, boasts an impressive 15-year journey in the industry. Beginning his career with roofing and evolving into the realm of high-end carpentry, Mike's expertise spans a broad spectrum of the craft. His unwavering accountability and commendable patience earmark him as an outstanding team player. Outside the confines of work, Mike cherishes moments with his three children. He finds solace tending to his garden, collecting fresh eggs from his chickens, and wrapping up the day beside a warm campfire

Heath Thornborrow is a vibrant carpenter anchoring Sustainment's exterior finish team with both skill and passion. Specializing in top-tier carpentry, Heath's drive  doesn't end at his craft but extends to his impeccable teamwork abilities. Daily, he infuses the workspace with his rejuvenating attitude and positivity. As a testament to his dedication and talent, Heath proudly stands as a Level 3 apprentice. Beyond the saws and wood shavings, Heath takes on the noble roles of a devoted father and supportive partner, while also delving into the dynamic world of real estate endeavors

Owen Pruett stands out as Sustainment Construction's promising first-year apprentice, handpicked from the esteemed OYAP program. Despite having just one year of industry experience under his belt, Owen already demonstrates commendable skills in various carpentry tasks. His reliability, keenness to absorb knowledge, and infectious positive attitude not only make him a vital team player but also fuel our anticipation for the trajectory of his budding career. Outside of his professional commitments, Owen, at 21, relishes in fishing, showcasing his affinity for tattoos, camping, and indulging in activities his peers revel in. A genuine and upright young individual, we are thrilled to usher Owen into his apprenticeship journey with Sustainment.
